Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit myofield.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to hide things.
1. Who we are
MyoField LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy question or request, email support@myofield.com.
2. What we collect
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Order information | Name, email, shipping address, phone, items purchased | To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns |
| Payment information | Card brand, last four digits, billing postcode | Processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number |
| Device and usage | IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring site | Site performance, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement |
| Marketing consent | Email opt-in status, opens and clicks | To send you email you asked for, and to stop when you opt out |
| Support messages | Emails and messages you send us | To answer you and keep a record of the issue |
3. Cookies and tracking
We use four kinds of cookies:
- Essential — cart, checkout, login. The site does not work without them.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand which pages work and which don’t.
- Advertising — Meta Pixel and Conversions API, so we can measure whether an ad led to a purchase and avoid showing you ads for something you already bought.
- Support and testing — tools that record anonymised session behaviour so we can fix broken checkout steps.
You can block non-essential cookies in your browser or via the cookie banner. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop you buying; it stops us from attributing the sale to an ad.
4. Who we share data with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
- Payment processing — card and wallet processing, fraud checks.
- Shipping and fulfilment — name, address, phone, order contents.
- Email and SMS — order notifications and marketing you opted into.
- Analytics and advertising — Google, Meta, and similar platforms, in aggregated or hashed form where required.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. International transfers
We operate from the United States and use service providers in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Where personal data moves out of the EEA or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 7 years, as required for accounting and tax purposes.
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe, then suppressed rather than deleted so we don’t email you again by accident.
- Support conversations: 3 years.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive a portable copy of the data you gave us.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.
Email support@myofield.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity before acting — usually by confirming the email address used on an order.
8. California residents
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties involved, and may request deletion, by emailing us as above.
9. Children
Our products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant provider and never touches our servers. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store what we don’t need.
11. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top and, where the change affects consent, email customers who are still subscribed.
