Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · MyoField LLC · myofield.com

These terms apply when you buy from or use myofield.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who you are contracting with

MyoField LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“MyoField”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@myofield.com.

2. Orders and acceptance

  • An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is one we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we refund in full.
  • Order confirmations are automated. A confirmation email is not proof that we have accepted the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable US sales tax where required. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but not after your order is confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. If a payment is reversed or a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may suspend the order and any related warranty until the matter is resolved.

4. Product use and safety

MyoField is a fitness and wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

You agree to read the user manual before use and to follow it. In particular:

  • Do not use if you have a pacemaker, an implanted electronic device, or an implanted metal device near the area being treated.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, if you have epilepsy, a heart condition, or a known sensitivity to electrical stimulation.
  • Do not place pads on the head, the front of the neck, across the chest, over broken or irritated skin, or over any area with impaired sensation.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, burning, dizziness, or skin irritation, and consult a physician.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by anyone under 18 without medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are unsure whether electrical muscle stimulation is appropriate for you, consult a qualified physician before use. You use the product at your own risk.

5. No guaranteed results

Muscle activation is a supplement to a training and nutrition routine, not a substitute for one. We make no promise of weight loss, fat reduction, muscle growth, or any specific physical outcome. Any testimonial or review on this site describes one person’s experience and is not a prediction of yours.

6. Warranty

We warrant the hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery under normal use. This covers manufacturing faults, not damage from drops, water, modification, or use contrary to the manual. Consumable parts (electrode pads, gel) are excluded.

To claim, email us with your order number and a description or photo of the fault. We will repair, replace, or refund at our option. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, the MyoField name and logo, and the design of the site — belongs to MyoField LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site at volume, attempt to breach its security, use it to distribute malware, or place orders for the purpose of resale without our written agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, customs action, natural disasters, or network outages. If such an event delays your order by more than 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@myofield.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue — nearly every dispute is settled this way.

If a dispute is not resolved, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in the courts of their own country of residence where local law gives them that right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes will be noted by an updated date at the top.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
